EULA - End User License Agreement

Systems Projects Ltd. Software License Agreement

This license agreement governs the use of Systems Projects Ltd
software contained in this package.

USING THE SUPPLIED SOFTWARE CERTIFIES THAT YOU HAVE READ,
UNDERSTOOD AND ACCEPTED THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS
LICENSE AGREEMENT.

Systems Projects Ltd. hereby grants you a limited and non-exclusive,
non-transferable license to use the enclosed computer program and
any related materials (collectively referred to as the software).

Evaluation and Registration
This is not free software. You are hereby licensed to use this
software for evaluation purposes without charge for a
period of 15 days.

If you require to use this software after the 15 day evaluation
period a registration fee will need to be paid to unlock
the software.

Permitted uses
--------------

You MAY
Use a copy of the software on any compatible computer,
provided it is used on only one computer at a time and by
one user at a time.
Install the software on a hard disk.
Make one additional copy of the software for the purpose
of back-up.

Prohibited uses
---------------

You MAY NOT
Make copies of the Licensed software other than those
permitted above.
Distribute, rent, sub-license, transfer or lease the licensed
software without prior written approval from
Systems Projects Ltd.
Alter, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile
or disassemble the software.

Ownership
---------

The enclosed computer program is the sole and exclusive property
of Systems Projects Ltd. By paying the license fee you do not
become the owner of the software, but are entitled solely to use
the software according to the terms and conditions of this agreement.

Protection and Security
-----------------------

You agree to use your best efforts and take all reasonable steps to
ensure that no unauthorised person has access to the software.
Disclaimer of Warranty
----------------------

THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS"
AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY
OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED.

Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be
thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it.
The user must assume the entire risk of using the program.
ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO
PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.
IN NO EVENT WILL SYSTEMS PROJECTS LTD. OR ANY OTHER PARTY
WHO HAS BEEN INVOLVED IN THE CREATION, PRODUCTION OR
DELIVERY OF THE SOFTWARE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES,
INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL,
INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT
OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SOFTWARE EVEN IF SYSTEMS
PROJECTS LTD HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF
SUCH DAMAGES.

International Copyright Laws and Laws in England govern
this License Agreement.
